I began programming in 1982, using BASIC to create pricing guides. During the late 1980s and early 1990s, I programmed in a language called Datatrieve (very similar to SQL) to create a VAX-based auction system (a precursor to eBay, wish I had migrated it to the internet!!). I have been using HTML since 1997, ASP since 2000, C# since 2004, Java and VB.net very limited during 2006.
